In a remarkable display of courage, determination, and passion for travel, 28-year-old Pelumi Nubi, a Nigerian-British travel content creator, has successfully completed a solo road trip from London, United Kingdom, to Lagos, Nigeria. Covering a staggering distance of approximately 4,000 miles, Nubi traversed 17 countries, including England, France, Spain, Morocco, and various West African nations, before reaching her destination.

Nubi’s journey, which began on January 30, 2024, was filled with challenges, including being denied entry to Sierra Leone at the border and dealing with an accident in the Ivory Coast. However, her resilience and determination enabled her to overcome these obstacles and finally arrive in Lagos on April 7, 2024, where she received a hero’s welcome from the Lagos State Government.

This extraordinary feat not only highlights Nubi’s adventurous spirit but also showcases the power of human will and the beauty of exploration.
