Best New Music: Featuring Zinoleesky, Rema, and Noon Dave

/

Rema – Bounce

2020 was a spectacular year for Rema, from becoming one of Apple Music’s Up Next artists, getting featured on the FIFA 2021 soundtrack as well as releasing three hit singles; Ginger, Beamer, and Peace of Mind and featuring on Manny Norte and 6lack’s 4AM.

Rumor is we are finally getting Rema’s debut album this year, but first, we’ve been given the Don Jazzy produced Bounce. Bounce is nothing like any of Rema’s other songs, still delivering another banger for the dance floor, the Don Jazzy produced Bounce is a fresh take on Afrobeats.

P.S there’s a Billy & Mandy sample at the beginning of the song. Check out Rema’s new single:

Zinoleesky – Kilofeshe (Remix) ft. Mayorkun & Busiswa

If there’s anything the industry found out, it was that Mayorjun had a knack for hopping on remixes and creating a bop. Zinoleesky’s Amapiano Kilofeshe is no doubt a bop, and the remix only proves this further. Featuring Mayorkun who rode the airwaves last year with his knack for infectious verses on remixes, and South African Busiswa.

Noon Dave – Too Late

For his debut single, Noon Dave an afro-fusion artist serves an emotionally-charged song titled “Too Late”. Produced by  Dawie, Too Late is about moving fast in making your love interest known before losing out entirely. “If to say I know, I for don talk my mind. If to say I know, I for

don shoot my shot. If to say I know, I for don let you know how I truly feel…” Noon Sings over calm melodic drums.
