Ejoya’s “Class of ’23” Makes Another Bold Step in Platforming Emerging African Artists

Ejoya is a music distribution company powering Africa’s next crop of international exports. Ejoya developed the “Class of _” project to provide a platform for the next generation of artists to have a sustainable voice. Previous projects have featured notable artists like BNXN, Minz, YKB, etc, who used its springboard to further their careers.

“Ejoya Class of ’23”, a celebration of diversity and talent, showcasing the unique sounds and voices that are shaping the future of African music. Executives and also A&Rs of the projects, Toba Adeyanju and Aisha Fancy, keenly worked to curate a project that’s particularly representative of a growing crop of musical talent rising from the African continent.

This year’s class features 24 artists across 14 tracks spread out across three releases, “Soundtrack to Our Future (Side A),” “Class of Extraordinary Talents (Side B),” and “Ejoya Class of ’23.” artists Nigeria and zimbabwe, Ria Sean, Novemba, Soulaar, ShineTTW, Johnson IP, KoldAF, Ayanfe, TheMajeek, Black Culture, Brown Joel, Moonlight Afriqa, Mikun, BMH, Winny, Africaine, Kylablac, NYRP, Raebel, Sochee, Logos Olori, Ema Onigah, TAR1Q, Frya.

It also features producers, Ragee, Zamorra, Magicsticks, and was mixed and mastered by Noah Airé
