The 73-year-old conservative evangelical President of Uganda Yoweri Museveni popularly known for passing the “Anti-Homosexuality Act,” in 2014 which makes having gay affairs in the country illegal, criminalizing the transmission of HIV, has recently cautioned the public against the acts of oral sex [ain’t that a bitch in this day and age].
Let me take this opportunity to warn our people publicly about the wrong practices indulged in and promoted by some of the outsiders. One of them is what they call oral sex. The mouth is for eating, not for sex. We know the address of sex, we know where sex is. – President Yoweri Museveni shared in a press confrence.
Ugandan politicians and leader Yoweri Museveni are stuck in a time bubble with archaic politics and old ideas that don’t hold in modern time. We have the right to express our sexuality freely and in whatever way feels appropriate, it’s a travesty to confine people to specific ways of interacting with their bodies, sexual advancement is a branch of intellectual advancement, and Africans need all the information they can get.
