One of the most decorated football clubs in the English Premier League, Liverpool FC has officially partnered with denim brand Levi’s as part of Levi’s Music Project, this latest partnership is aimed at supporting local communities by giving back to fans via football, lifestyle, and music. Liverpool will also set to develop other various projects such as an exclusive Levi’s x LFC capsule collection.
The deal will also see Liverpool opening up a music studio in November, which will provide the local youth with a unique opportunity to develop their musical abilities. All this will then lead up to a performance at the Sound City music festival in May 2019.
Billy Hogan, Liverpool chief commercial officer shared in a statement: “Liverpool and Levi’s have always shared a special passion for supporting communities and making a difference, the partnership between the Club and Levi’s is a reflection of this bond.”
Levi’s vice-president Richard Hurren also stated: “With the city’s history of music, Liverpool FC’s fundamental connection to the community, and our core values of giving back, expanding the Levi’s Music Project to Liverpool is the perfect way to connect the two partners and demonstrate shared values.”
