Nigerian and South African Twitter users received access to Twitter Blue on the 9th of March, at a rate of ₦5,000 and R144.99 per month, respectively. However, web broswer users in Nigeria will be charged N3,508. This adds to the 35 countries and counting, where Twitter’s new revenue driving service is available. Users in countries where the service is not available can still access it through a virtual private network (VPN).
