NSG’s Long-Awaited Debut Tape, Roots, is Finally Here

UK music collective NSG took off globally during the summer of 2019, with smash hit tracks like ‘OT Bop’ and ‘Trust Issues’. In a bid to cement their preeminence on the scene and showcase their artistry, the sextet have now released their long-awaited debut mixtape, Roots.

A delectable meld of Afrobeats, Afro-bashment, and Dancehall, Roots finds the group paying homage to their African heritage. Tapping in producers like Legundary Beatz and feature artists like Tion Wayne and Chip, the 18-track project packs an onslaught of rich melodies, dance-inducing numbers, and just good vibes all around. With standout tracks like pre-released hits, ‘Ourself’ and ‘Options’, and lead single, ‘Grandad’, Roots is certain to have you moving, no matter what.
