#PhotoEssay: Wizkid holds StarBoy Pop-Up In Joburg

Wizkid has been taking his Starboy brand all over the world with a series of pop-up shows, last week he took it to Joburg on Saturday. The Nigerian Afropop SuperStar Wizkid was in South Africa for the Global Citizen concert, Mandela 100.

The Pop-up event was hosted at Braamfontein’s Empty Space, a shop that has hosted several pop-ups beforehand. On sale were items from the artist’s Starboy merchandise range including T-shirts, jackets, and hoodies, alongside posters and stickers.

The event like others he’s done in previous major cities attracted the cool kids of SA to buy some merch and hang out with Wizkid himself who arrived in the afternoon with his newborn.
