Audio + Video: Rema seals his international crossover on Rvssian-produced Beamer.

After a long year of releasing incredible music and taking his place as the next big thing in Afropop, Rema returns to the block with two new single. Beamer (Bad boys) –  a collaboration between the artist and Jamaican producer Rvssian and Rainbow. Both songs are experimentations fusing his reggaeton and hip-hop-tinged take on Afrobeats. The release comes a few days after his debut appearance in Rema’s Realm, his short film featuring other young boys, and a series of bad decisions from living the fast life.

The new singles reveal what 2020 holds for Rema and the entire African music community. He plans to introduce his listeners and the rest of the globe to new and versatile sounds, presenting the African continent in its lush entirety. “I want them to have a taste of the ability of the new generation I represent”, Rema declared in his interview with Beats 1. Always on time, bad commando didn’t fail to drop visuals to Beamer, a testament of his creative exuberance.
