Shayo Davids is an electric character, and although his hiatus in the excess of a year doesn’t fully reflect this nature, he has been working hard behind the scenes to inject his music with the right formulas needed to give his sound the level of consistency that breeds longevity in the ever-changing Afrobeats world.

“Girls On My Neck,” featuring PsychoYP, is an explosive track with an unmistakable rhythm and bouncy lyrics, helping to solidify Shayo Davids’s sound as he makes a case for himself in the Nigerian industry. He aims to be consistent in release, and consistent in quality.

As ‘Girls on My Neck’ continues to find its way to its rightful audience in its first few months of release, it will be interesting to see what Shayo has in store moving forward.
