Wizkid Officially Begins ‘Made In Lagos’ Rollout With New Single ‘No Stress’

2020 has so far been a rollercoaster for the global music scene and Africa in particular. We have seen the influx of streaming giants and record labels, gotten major treats from A-listers as well as the rising stars, keeping both the industry players and consumers at the edge of their seats. For many Nigerians, something has been unsurprisingly missing, and that’s the presence of golden boy of Afrobeats Wizkid.

Starboy as he is fondly referred to has not been the at the forefront of the homemade music for the past few months, mostly because he is putting finishing touches to his long anticipated album ‘Made In Lagos’ which has been postponed more times than the second coming of Jesus.

However, Wizkid stans are relentless and in doubt of when their savior will return to take his spot as the number one undisputed voice in music. So in the thick of the pandemic, they hoped he will compensate their distress with MIL, but they only got a single ‘Smile’ featuring Grammy-winning American singer, H.E.R.

Well, we’re pleased to share that October 15 is the official release date of ‘Made In Lagos’. The news was annoonnced with his new single ‘No Stress’ earlier today.
