Just a few days after bagging the Listeners’ Choice prize at the Soundcity MVP Awards, YBNL marvel, Fireboy DML has released the official video of ‘Need You’ – one of the hits off his debut album ‘Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps’. No doubts Fireboy is an incredible talent and a forerunner for the next generation of Afrobeats superstars but it’s also noteworthy to mention that this is probably his best visual work yet. Asides the fact that Need You is a refreshing melodramatic tune, it is clear that so much creative energy and thought process was put into the making of the video and it’s indeed a moist watch.
