Rema’s Dumebi video is a theatrical ode to third wheelers and teenage obsessions.

Fast rising Nigerian hip hop and afrobeats singer, Rema has just shared the video of his biggest single yet, Dumebi. If you witnessed the Mavin superkid’s first performance at Our Homecoming 2019, you’ll agree that he’s the next big thing.

The 18-year-old artiste premiered the Dumebi visuals, arguably the biggest song in Nigeria right now on Fader earlier today. The video is a collage of high school love, retro fantasies and youthful exuberance, with Rema himself playing the role of a fake-deep third wheeler. The video was directed by Demola Falomo featuring Fahd of Wafflesncream, Amy Okoli and friends.
