Turntable Charts Weekly: “Bandana” Spends a Second Week at No. 1 on the Nigeria Top 100

Chart rankings on the Nigeria Top 100 are based on weighted formula incorporating audio and video streams within Nigeria, as well as airplay on radio and satellite TV in the country. It is the first and only standard music chart in Nigeria, providing comprehensive music activity including the official No. 1 song in Nigeria

“Bandana” tallied 3.53 million Nigerian streams (No. 1 on streaming) and 56.9 million in radio reach (No. 1 on radio). The song marks Asake’s first song to spend more than one week at No. 1 on the Top 100 or defunct Top 50 (“PBUY” spent a week each at No. 1 on the Top 100 and Top 50).

Asake’s “Peace Be Unto You” holds at No. 4 for another week while former No. 1, “For My Hand” by Burna Boy featuring Ed Sheeran rises 4-3.

Mavins’ “Overloading (OVERDOSE)” moves 5-4 while Kizz Daniel’s “Buga (Lo Lo Lo)” with Tekno ascends 6-5.

Burna Boy’s “Common Person” re-enters the top ten at new peak of No. 6 – it talied 2.96 million streams (No. 2 on streaming) and 7.95 million in radio reach (No. 64 on radio).

Burna Boy’s “It’s Plenty” falls 3-7 while Crayon’s “Ijo (Laba Laba)” moves to a new high of No. 8 on the Top 100.

Rounding out this week’s top ten, Burna Boy’s “Last Last” falls 8-9 while Mayorkun’s “Certified Loner” drops 9-10.

Just outside the top ten; Oxlade’s “KU LO SA – A COLORS SHOW” ascends to a new peak of No. 12, Omah Lay’s “i’m a mess” drops 12-14, BNXN’s “Kenkele” with Wande Coal debuts at No. 15.

Additionally, all of Love, Damini’s tracks continue to chart in the Top 100 for an unprecedented third consecutive week.
