/

After a long anticipated wait, Trace TV has finally launched a new Urban Entertainment and Music channel in Ghana. Trace JAMA will be dedicated to Afrobeats, Hiplife, Banku Music, Palmwine Music and other genre influences characterised by richness and diversity. The new channel joins the class of Trace Naija, Trace Urban, Trace Mzuki and more as part of Trace Partners multiple channels distributed across Africa and the Global Market. Olivier Louchez, the company’s CEO notes that Trace Jama will help loads of undeserved artists get the exposure they need and bring more hyperlocal content to music fans and lovers of Ghanaian music.

TRACE Jama was formally made public at the MultiChoice Media Showcase 2019 in Johannesburg on Thursday November 21, 2019. The channel is available on both DStv and GOtv, on channel 333 and 160, respectively.
