Davido Has Been Nominated For A 2019 Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Award

Davido had an amazing 2018 and it seems he’s not stopping in 2019 as he grows his global presence as one of Africa’s biggest music exports taking Afrobeats to the world. After his sold out concert in January, Daivdo who’s currently on an American tour has been nominated in the ‘Favourite Global Music Star’ category at this year’s Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards.

The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards is an annual American children’s awards ceremony show that is produced by Nickelodeon. The show honours the year’s biggest television, movie, and music acts as voted by viewers worldwide of Nickelodeon networks. The award ceremony, which will be hosted by DJ Khaled, is scheduled to hold on March 23 at the Galen Center in Los Angeles, California.

The ‘Favorite Global Music Star’ category seeks to celebrate artists from around the world, Davido was been selected for the second year running, competing amongst the likes of David Guetta, Taylor Swift, J Balvin and more.

Nigerian celebrities, Adesua Etomi-Wellington, and IK Osakioduwa also bagged nominations in ‘Favourite African Star’category at the Nickelodeon kids’ choice awards nominations.
